At Studiopersonalacademy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a purchase, and we strive to make this process as seamless as possible. As long as the item was received within the past 30 days and remains in its original, unaltered state, we will gladly accept it for return or refund.
We offer a complimentary return service, and items are eligible for a full refund if they are postmarked within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email, providing information about the reason for your return. All returns must be in their original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that intimates and hats are considered final sale items and cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and items from our sale collection are also considered final sale and ineligible for return.
Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account, typically 3-5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns for items delivered to incorrect addresses or for packages not received on time and subsequently returned to us. We encourage double-checking your shipping information before submitting an order to avoid potential complications.
